Safety and Privacy are very important when it comes to customer information and their bank accounts. To solve this we only store your information, your name and address, your bank account and the Identifier that you got from your bank. This information is used to generate your Sepa file and you need it every time again.

The customer information is not stored by us. You upload the excel file, the useful information is taken out to create the Sepa XML file and after it you can download it. The time the information of your customer is on our server is less than one second.

It is important to know that we do not offer a history of transactions and we also do not make a backup. If you lose your information we cannot be at your service. So store your excel files some ware safe.
